For working from home
Calls freeze, but the speed test says you're fine?
A speed test downloads one big file. A Zoom or Teams call sends small packets fifty times a second and can't wait for lost ones. This check sends real call-sized packets, then tells you whether your calls will break up and where the problem is.
Video-call check
Sends call-sized packets 50 times a second for 20 seconds through a Cloudflare call relay and back, the way Zoom, Teams, Meet and Discord send voice.
The three usual causes
Your Wi-Fi
Walls, distance and busy channels drop the small packets calls depend on. Usually fixed with a cable, the 5 GHz network or moving the router.
Check each room →A busy line
Someone uploads photos or a game updates, and your call's packets wait in a queue (bufferbloat). Smart Queue on the router fixes it for good.
Work out the Smart Queue numbers →Beyond your line
Delay or loss between your provider and the call service. Measure it over a few days so you can show your provider real numbers.
Get the evidence →Fix it step by step
Test & Optimize runs every check in about two minutes, then walks you through the fixes and re-tests to prove they worked.

Only bad at certain times?
A single test can miss trouble that comes and goes. A small helper on an always-on PC, Mac or Raspberry Pi tests around the clock, alerts you when calls would suffer, and shows whether it starts in your home or beyond your line.
