How these numbers are made

From NetPulse Health Checks that people chose to share over the last 90 days, grouped by the network and city Cloudflare sees for each test.
We only publish a group once it has 20 tests, and an hour of the day once it has 5. No IP addresses are stored, and times are kept to the hour.
Results depend on each tester's plan, Wi-Fi and devices, so they show what people on this network typically get, not what any one plan promises.
