What NetPulse is

NetPulse is software as a service that measures your internet connection, explains where lag comes from and helps you fix it. It includes browser tools, NetPulse DNS (encrypted DNS with filtering), Monitor with an optional helper you run on your own network, and apps. NetPulse finds and fixes bottlenecks to lower lag; it can't make your internet plan faster than what your provider sells you, and results depend on your network, devices and provider.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are listed on the pricing page and renew each month or year until cancelled.
• Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Prices may change for future periods; we'll tell you by email first.
• Refunds and cancelling are covered by our refund policy.

Your management links

Profiles and accounts are opened with private links. Keep them safe: anyone with a link can change that profile. You can make a new link at any time, which stops the old one working.

Fair use

• Use NetPulse only on networks and devices you own or are allowed to manage.
• Don't use it to attack, overload or probe other networks, to get around the law, or to resell it without our written permission.
• Filtering helps but can't catch everything; it isn't a replacement for security software or supervision.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service at risk.

Service and liability

We work to keep NetPulse available and accurate, but it is provided as is, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
